We only sell to traders, freelancers and institutions after registration and activation in our shop.

In the B2B business, we are not legally obliged to take back goods that have been sold. As a rule, however, we do this if the purchase was not long ago and the goods have not been used. We only accept returns after prior agreement. We do not accept unfranked returns. In the case of returns that are not due to a complaint, wrong delivery or similar, we reserve the right to deduct a final expense allowance of up to 15% (depending on the effort), but at least 5 euros. We expressly advise you to carry out tests of suitability for the respective material on residues or in hidden places before using our products. We would be happy to send you a sample in advance for test purposes. Data carriers are excluded from taking back. We are not liable for any damage that may result from the versatile use of our products.
